Madelin Biagoni

Madelin is an Analyst, specialising in Customs & Global Trade. Madelin works primarily in Global Trade Advisory within the Indirect Tax team at Deloitte Australia. 

Madelin assists the team at Deloitte with global trade optimisation and compliance, including customs tariff classification, free trade agreements and other duty concessions, and import / export controls. Madelin has assisted clients in global trade advisory across a variety of industries, including Retail, Mining, Oil and Gas, Heavy Machinery, Pharmaceuticals and Defence. 

Madelin worked in construction for five years as a Cadet Project Manager part time while she was finishing her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2020. Her role involved supervising construction project coordination, including material resources and staff scheduling ensuing timely project completion. This role developed an extensive knowledge in Earthmoving, Heavy Machinery and Commercial Retail. 

Madelin is a second-generation Australian- Croatian who has an immense pride and adoration for her heritage. Madelin is an active Western Australian board member of the Australian Croatian Chamber of Commerce, actively supports the Perth and Adelaide Croatian Community and has close connection to her family in Croatia. Madelin is especially delighted to assist our Australian- Croatian female youth community in their career aspirations. 

Alongside her analyst career, Madelin is always open for a challenge and willing to give back to her community. Madelin has over 100 hours of community service for not for profit agencies such as Ronald McDonald House supporting families of sick children, Millennium Kids an environmental charity supporting the future of our ecological world and kaleidoscope foundation which a human rights foundation supporting immigrants searching for employment.
