The 2023 Summit took us to Biograd na Moru, Croatia, with the theme “Croatian Women Leading: Innovation, Resilience, Achievement.” This unforgettable gathering brought together Croatian women from around the world to explore how global connections are shaping opportunities for leadership, growth, and collaboration.

Event Highlights

Friday 14th July – Welcome Reception

A warm opening at Ražnjević Dvori, setting the stage for an inspiring weekend.

Saturday 15th July – Conference & Boat Cruise

Full-day conference (9am–4pm) including keynotes, panels, and networking sessions, with lunch and drinks.
Evening boat cruise on “Brod Nada”, featuring dinner, drinks, and live entertainment by Gavrani - an unforgettable night celebrating culture and connection.

Sunday 16th July – Farewell Breakfast

Closing reflections and networking over breakfast before departures.
