In 2024, the AUS-NZ Croatian Women in Leadership Summit celebrated its 5th Anniversary in New Zealand, bringing together inspiring women from across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. With the theme “Shaping the Future for Tomorrow”, the summit was a vibrant weekend of culture, connection, and collaboration.
Event Highlights
Friday 6th September – Welcome Evening
Traditional Pōwhiri at Te Mahurehure Marae, hosted by Dame Naida Glavish.
Warm cultural welcome, followed by drinks and canapés.
Transfers from Hilton provided for attendees.
Saturday 7th September – Full Conference Day
Hosted at Hilton Auckland, featuring keynote speakers, panels, and interactive sessions.
Thought-provoking discussions on leadership, identity, and future opportunities.
Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea provided, encouraging networking and collaboration.
Saturday 7th September – Celebration Dinner
Elegant three-course dinner with drinks at Hilton Auckland.
Entertainment and celebration of achievements across the AUS-NZ Croatian community.
Sunday 8th September – Farewell Breakfast
Closing the summit with a relaxed breakfast and final reflections.

The 2024 Summit marked a milestone - celebrating five years of building a powerful network of Croatian women in leadership. It honoured cultural heritage while driving conversations about innovation, resilience, and the future of women leading across industries.
